Our Team
Kelsey Krische
Notary Public / Owner
Kelsey values ongoing learning, meaningful communication and strong relationships. She has significant experience working with people and attributes some of the most rewarding aspects of her job to her solid relationships with clients and colleagues. Her strong belief in providing understandable legal service and quality results motivated her to open her notary practice. Kelsey aims to use her experience and her organization and detail-oriented skillsets to better serve her clients in Langley and the surrounding communities.
Kelsey holds both a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and a Master of Arts in Applied Legal Studies (MAALS) from Simon Fraser University. She graduated at the top of her class and received the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia Award for achieving the top mark on the contracts statutory government examination. In 2016, the BC Supreme Court commissioned her as a Notary Public; in the subsequent five years, she ran the real estate conveyancing department and provided notarization and estate planning services at Donna Van Beek Notary Corporation.
Kelsey lives with her husband in Langley. She is an avid traveller, a reading enthusiast, a country music lover, a soccer fan and a proponent of all games and competitions!
Lynda McGaire
Senior Conveyancer
Lynda started her career in banking, but changed jobs when a colleague recognized her organization and attention to detail as key qualities of a real estate conveyancer. 30 years later, Lynda is still a perfect fit to handle the demands and time-sensitivities required in the ever-adapting role. Her experience in the job means that she can easily handle a large volume of completions and has seen just about every weird problem at least once.
Lynda lives with her husband and kids in Walnut Grove. She loves animals (including her two rescue dogs) and has a passion for fashion (including Fluevogs and bright colored outfits). She enjoys volunteering and fundraising, most recently being involved with raising funds for cancer research and giving her time to Special Olympics and Cares (cat shelter). She spends free weekends visiting her friends and wine tasting in West Kelowna.
