Getting Started with a real estate notary
Sales & Purchases
- Give us a call or email to let us know you want to work with us!
- Tell your Realtor to send your contract to our office.
- If you are getting a mortgage / secured line of credit with your new purchase, tell your Mortgage Broker/ Bank to send mortgage instructions to our office.
- Once we receive your contract, we will open your file.
- Our office will contact you 3-4 weeks prior to your completion date to obtain any information that we require from you and to schedule your
in-person signing appointment with us. The appointment will be made for within one week prior to completion.
Mortgages
- Contact us to let us know you want to work with our real estate notary.
- Tell your Mortgage Broker / Bank to send mortgage instructions to our office.
- Once we receive your mortgage instructions, we will open your file.
- Our office will contact you 2-3 weeks prior to your completion date to obtain any information that we require from you and to schedule your in-person signing appointment with us. The appointment will be made for within one week prior to completion.
